About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at Inland Imaging. This is a full-time, regular position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm at our Tri-Cities Imaging Center in Kennewick, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sonography and be able to perform high-quality exams consistently approved by radiologists.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of sonography exams, including abdomen, breast, renal, obstetric, gynecologic, thyroid, scrotal, venous doppler (extremities), prostate exams, and assisting radiologists with invasive sonography procedures.
  • Accurately take patient histories for exams and utilize IDX & Stentor to locate prior reports/studies pertinent to exams being done.
  • Utilize IDX to track patient check-in/availability and accurately code procedures.
  • Takes phone calls from patients to clarify exams, patient preparatory information, and general questions.
  • Assists in the transportation of patients as needed and coordinates patient care between technologists and clerical staff to facilitate a smooth workflow.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Accredited Sonography Program to pass the ARDMS registration.
  • One year of experience as an sonographer preferred; Anatomy and medical terminology preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS required.
  • Experience with computer applications such as Outlook, Workday, Qgenda, Imagecast, Stentor, EPIC, IDXterm, Internet/Intranet highly desired.
