Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a leading healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities and surrounding region of southeast Washington. The center operates a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care clinics, including a digital outpatient imaging center.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. As an Oncology Healthcare Specialist, you will work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with other Physicians and APPs within the department in primarily an inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and perform various procedures, including bone marrow biopsies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in oncology.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing care to Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider.
- Prior Oncology and Hospitalist Medicine experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
