Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a leading healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities and surrounding region of southeast Washington. The center operates a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care clinics, including a digital outpatient imaging center.

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. As an Oncology Healthcare Specialist, you will work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with other Physicians and APPs within the department in primarily an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and perform various procedures, including bone marrow biopsies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in oncology.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing care to Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider.
  • Prior Oncology and Hospitalist Medicine experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
