Key Responsibilities

- Oversee project execution through effective management of on-site and corporate personnel, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the project team to formulate comprehensive work plans, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
- Facilitate the development of project schedules and long-term strategic planning.
- Implement and communicate updates to the project schedule, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Manage the financial components of contracts, including budget approvals, cost tracking, and expense management.
- Conduct thorough reviews of internal documentation such as cost analyses and monthly billing reports.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction management, with a focus on Ground-up and Tenant Improvement projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
