Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide commercial construction initiatives with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee project execution through effective management of on-site and corporate personnel, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the project team to formulate comprehensive work plans, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Facilitate the development of project schedules and long-term strategic planning.
  • Implement and communicate updates to the project schedule, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Manage the financial components of contracts, including budget approvals, cost tracking, and expense management.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of internal documentation such as cost analyses and monthly billing reports.
  • Supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring quality standards and timely payments.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure job site environment.
  • Review and approve design documents and material samples prior to submission.
  • Mentor and develop project team members while coordinating project resources effectively.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction management, with a focus on Ground-up and Tenant Improvement projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
