  • Main Duties:
  • Review and process manual & void checks, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and process ACH payments.
  • Prepare weekly payrolls, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and tax notices.
  • Validate all payroll-related changes, answer employee questions, and provide support for quarterly filings and annual payroll audits.
  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues and monthly bank reconciliation.

Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
