Your Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will:

  • Be a Front-Line Representative: You will be the face of our company, delivering top-notch service.
  • Perform Landscape Maintenance: Engage in various tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Work Outdoors: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying weights between 35-80 pounds.
  • Prepare for Daily Operations: Ensure that all tasks are completed and everything is organized for the following day.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial to meet our service goals.
  • Budget vs. Actual Hours: Effectively managing time spent on each job is essential for profitability.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is between $12.50 and $18.00, depending on your experience in the lawn care or landscaping industry.
