Job Summary

As a Surgical Technologist with Della Infotech, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care in a collaborative environment. This is a Temp - Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - Float (Days) position in Lima, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of care for the surgical patient, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Prepare for cases by reviewing schedules and booking sheets to verify necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in moving and positioning patients according to surgeon guidelines, participate in time-outs to confirm procedures, and drape patients as directed.
  • Provide retraction of tissue for optimal visualization and demonstrate retraction and instrument technique as directed by the surgeon.
  • Function in all areas of Surgical Services, including General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Open Heart, and more.
Requirements
  • 1+ Years of Experience in Surgical Technology
  • National Certification in Surgical Technology
  • BLS (AHA) Certification
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology program
On-Call Requirements

On-call response time within 30 minutes is required. On-call frequency will be determined in accordance with departmental guidelines.
