Seeking CRNAs for Lima Memorial Hospital

We are a healthcare system offering exceptional care and advanced medical technology. Our team is seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia department at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, Ohio.

Job Description:
  • We have a team of 8 current CRNAs and 1 MD on-staff.
  • Our practice setting is all services performed at the hospital.
  • The schedule is 7:00 am-3:30 pm with flexible end times depending on hours worked. We prefer 8 or 10-hour shifts, with the possibility of 12-hour shifts. Weekends are as needed.
  • We use Meditech EMR and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR.
  • Average number of surgical cases per shift is 2-3/CRNA per day, with an average of 20-30 OR cases per day.
  • Average number of pain management cases per shift is 1 day per week in the OR.
  • We have a Level II Trauma Designation.
  • Our ER volume is 28,000 annually.
  • We have 12 operating rooms (7 OR suites, 2 Endo suits, 2 Open heart suites, and 1 OB OR suite).
  • Our patient demographics are mainly adults, with some well-pediatric cases, such as BMT and T&A.
  • We offer strong supervision that encourages CRNA autonomy and a supportive anesthesiologist team.
  • We have an organized, well-functioning anesthesia-specific EMR.
  • All equipment is up-to-date technology.
  • We have a robust block program supported by two block-trained RNs and a tech designated to the anesthesia service line.
  • We have a great team environment.
  • We do not perform neonatal surgeries.
  • We offer general, MAC, and TIVA anesthesia services.
  • Pre-ops, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks, etc. are done independently.
  • We do not perform bariatric or transplant surgeries.
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days.
  • We are not accepting visa candidates.
  • We are accepting new graduate candidates.
  • We are not accepting locum tenens candidates.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified AANA (by time of start) - REQUIRED.
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED.
  • BLS, ACLS, & PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED.
  • NRP - HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • 3 years+ of employment experience as CRNA - PREFERRED.
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED.
