The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Robotics Systems Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our robotic systems. Your responsibilities will include leading the assembly team in the efficient and correct manufacture of our robotic systems and establishing high standards for reliability and accountability for our fleet in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and improve IUNU robotic systems and deployments across multiple product lines.
  • Establish a high standard for the mechanical components of our robots and hardware installations with a focus on reliability, safety, and consistency.
  • Lead the on-site assembly team, optimizing production and processes with a metrics-driven approach.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related technical field with typically a minimum of 10 years of related experience and at least 3 years leading engineering or assembly teams.
  • Experience with industrial design, DFA, DFM, and working with external suppliers.
  • Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Salary
$145,000 per year. Unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits.
