We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Nurse Program at Innovative Renal Care. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various dialysis facilities, providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care to individuals with ESRD, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in dialysis care.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three-year diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Be part of a team that makes a difference in people's lives.
- Annual Raises significantly above the industry standard.
- We recognize your most recent dialysis experience to calculate paid time off accrual.
