We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Staybridge Montgomeryville. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
- Perform other tasks and jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
