Turndown Attendant

Job Summary

As a Turndown Attendant with Highgate Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This includes completing pre-cleaning duties, restocking housekeeping carts, and replenishing chemical bottles. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance repairs to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
Replenish chemical bottles.
Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
