- Deliver outstanding leadership while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in overseeing all facets and daily operations of a thriving Wheel and Tire retail establishment.
- Manage the complete operations of a Wheel and Tire, Lease/Purchase outlet, including Staffing, Training, Human Resources, Sales Growth, Budgeting, Product Procurement, Equipment Maintenance, and more.
- Emphasize a Safety First culture, ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members.
- Perform necessary inventory assessments as specified by the organization.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Automotive sector.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Goal-oriented and driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident in managing challenging scenarios.
- Comfortable in a diverse work environment.
- Adherence to state licensing regulations for all store vehicles.
- High school diploma required; a four-year degree is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Solid understanding of Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Drug-free workplace compliance.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience with Auto Rims and Tires.
- Background in Business Management.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing at least 100 pounds.
- Able to push and pull objects up to 200 pounds.
- Proficient in using a computer and other office equipment.
- Skilled in operating various hand and power tools.
