We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at the County of Santa Clara CA. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- One year of recent acute care experience in a specialty area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Experience working in an Intermediate ICU or critical care setting
- Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Saving (ACLS) certification
