Job Description

As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and analyze financial records, including general ledger accounts and bank accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and budget preparation
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Liaise with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller to improve financial procedures and processes
  • Manage accounting projects and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in MS Office, including Pivot Tables and Excel functions
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably Oracle Netsuite
