Job Title: Virtual School Psychologist

Job Summary:

VocoVision is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to students in West Virginia. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and parents to support student achievement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students' emotional and psychological needs.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans in coordination with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Recommend appropriate accommodations and modifications based on assessment findings.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to school-wide strategies aimed at improving student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Active West Virginia School Psychologist license (required).
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting, with a preference for experience in a virtual environment.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and educators.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
