Workers Compensation Paralegal Opportunity

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a reputable Am Law 200 civil defense litigation law firm in its search for a skilled Workers Compensation Paralegal. This is a direct hire, full-time role, and is primarily on-site (4 days in office; 1 day remote after initial 90 day training period) out of the Firm's Philadelphia, PA offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain, review, and analyze medical records, financial records, and employment records;
  • Summarize medical records and provide chronology;
  • Compile evidence; manage files; and manage court docket calendar;
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel;
  • Provide status reports;
  • Analyze and communicate issues surrounding expert qualifications and experience;
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Pennsylvania workers compensation;
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree;
  • Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program preferred;
  • An eye for detail and be highly organized;
  • Ability to manage fast-paced discovery and independently manage caseload;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • A desire to demonstrate teamwork and willingness to learn new skills.
