Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly store environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register. The ideal candidate will also supervise daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers, vendors, and other associates.
- Cash Handling: Perform basic math functions to collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Operate the cash register to ring sales.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and organized, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers.
- Inventory Management: Participate in stocking items and marketing promotion efforts.
- Leadership: Supervise and give instructions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a convenience store and/or food service environment.
- Cash Handling: Experience with professional cash handling procedures.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
- Licenses/Certifications: Possess a Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission card to sell alcohol.
