Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Program Manager to join our team at CAI. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing SAP Supplier Relationships and a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and use that knowledge to drive informed decision-making and achieve results.
  • Ensure that program goals and objectives align with operational strategies.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and improvement of program management processes and practices.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
  • Experience in project management supporting SAP integrations.
  • Expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Accounts Receivable (AR), and SAP Master Data Management (MDM) are preferred.
Physical Demands

The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.
