Key Responsibilities
How you will contribute to our success.
Starting as an Extrusion Operator Trainee, you will gain foundational knowledge and progressively learn about our production systems, film quality standards, resin types, customer specifications, and packaging processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing production orders and preparing all necessary raw materials.
- Removing finished products from the production area and packaging film rolls according to specifications.
- Completing inspections and labeling of finished goods, work-in-progress, and scrap materials as required.
- Managing inventory processes to account for finished goods, work-in-progress, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
- Entering work order data and move tickets into the production system through scanning or data entry.
- Ensuring that finished goods packaging meets quality standards and shipping requirements.
- Operating robotic film lines as necessary and providing coverage during breaks.
- Engaging in various tasks to develop a well-rounded skill set.
Qualifications
What we seek from you.
- Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills.
- Competence in computer usage and experience with relevant software.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and provide overtime support as needed.
- Ability to conduct basic visual inspections for product quality.
- Interest in a dynamic role that involves teamwork and engagement.
- High school diploma or GED; two or more years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and training.
- Prior forklift certification is preferred.

Starting pay up to $20.60 with opportunities for step increases as you develop your skills.
Night shift schedule with comprehensive benefits available after just 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Annual salary increases and bi-annual bonuses.
