Sales Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the technology or simulation industry within the US market. Proven track record in sales leadership roles, ideally in the technology or simulation industry within the US market, is also required.
- Salary:$150,000 - $250,000 per year (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing US sales team.
- Establish and maintain a strong sales culture focused on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to the US sales team to optimize their performance.
- Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement a robust US sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Oversee the entire US sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze US sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key US customers and decision-makers.
- Understand the specific needs of the US market and provide innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process for US clients.
- Market Development:
- Stay informed about US industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Identify emerging market opportunities within the US.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the US market.
