About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an In-Plan Client Support Advisor. As a key member of our Retirement Education Center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and education to our clients, helping them make informed decisions about their retirement savings plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with existing plan participants to educate them on their investment products and services
  • Develop targeted approaches to increase plan participation and improve plan health metrics
  • Provide a client-first approach to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Educate and service 10-12 clients daily
  • Identify additional client needs and refer them to their local advisor

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of proven track record in customer service or experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to pass Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health Variable Life Insurance license within allotted time
  • Experience in developing trusting relationships with clients
  • Ability to collaborate and drive results
