Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of brewery facilities, including equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities do not impact production schedules.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance and operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in management, preferably in a maintenance or operations role.
  • 3+ years of experience using CMMS software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, including VFDs, PLCs, and control voltage systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
