As a Nurse at Regency Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Carroll, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and services
- Assessing and documenting resident care plans
- Implementing interventions and evaluating outcomes related to nursing care
- Communicating effectively with staff, residents, and family members
- Notifying Clinical Manager and attending physicians of significant changes in resident condition
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid nursing license in the State of Iowa
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education and experience
