Key Responsibilities- Operate and Inspect Equipment: Safely operate and inspect all tools and equipment necessary to execute standard work, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Quality Control: Test and calibrate simple assemblies according to specifications, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Standard Work Execution: Execute standard work with an acceptable degree of quality and limited quality discrepancies, demonstrating a trend of improvement and continuous learning.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve problems in the execution of standard work, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
Adecco offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Weekly Pay: Starting at $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
