Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at HHS, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service department and ensuring that our patients and staff receive exceptional dining experiences.

• Manage the food service department to provide high-quality service and food options
• Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to develop menus that meet nutritional standards and customer preferences
• Lead a team of food service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure budget compliance
• Perform daily inspections and assessments to ensure food safety and quality

• ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification
• 5+ years of food operations experience, including 3+ years of management
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
• Familiarity with various point of sales (POS)/register systems
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
