Your responsibilities:

As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in effectively promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to fulfill our clients' requirements. You will confidently conduct product demonstrations in operating rooms and office environments, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. By systematically monitoring your territory's progress, you will proactively share your achievements with your Sales Representatives and challenge yourself to exceed every target. When interacting with clients, you will leverage your product expertise and quick problem-solving skills to address product-related inquiries and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our products. You will take immense pride in delivering outstanding service and be ready to assist customers whenever necessary. As an Associate Sales Representative, you thrive in a dynamic environment and find fulfillment in selling Stryker products that contribute to improving healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B is preferred

Travel requirements:

  • Approximately 20% travel is expected. A valid driver's license is required.

Physical demands:

  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements with the ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention

Mental demands:

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
  • Capability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in prioritizing work and maintaining detailed and confidential records
  • Ability to communicate and present to large groups
