Job Overview
The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of purchasing with special attention to developing and negotiating RFPs with trusted subcontractors in the markets we operate. This role requires experience in the residential construction industry and knowledge of Federal Procurement Processes & Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Selecting and contracting sub-contractors in accordance with Federal guidelines
- Maintaining sub-contractor agreements and documentation
- Negotiating with vendors
- Creating RFQ's and assisting in the development of SoWs in adherence to Federal guidelines
- Evaluating Bids

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position in the residential construction industry
- Knowledge of Federal Procurement Processes & Federal Acquisition Regulations pertaining to CFR200
