Hospice Clinical Manager Position

VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Inc is seeking a skilled Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day supervision of the clinical staff in our Hospice Program. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in nursing required, Bachelor's preferred.
- Current Vermont State RN license required.
- Five years of clinical experience with a minimum of two years in a supervisor position required. Prior experience in Hospice highly desired.
- Valid state driver's license required.
