Mission Critical Project Lead Job Description:
Direct Line Global is seeking a highly skilled Mission Critical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex data center projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives, while ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environment
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
