Breast Imaging Fellowship Opportunity

The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the University of Virginia is seeking a Clinical Instructor in Breast Imaging to join our team. This one-year post-graduate fellowship program focuses on all aspects of breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography, contrast-enhanced mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.

Image-guided breast procedures performed include stereotactic, tomosynthesis-guided, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided core biopsies and wire/radioseed localizations.

The University of Virginia Breast Imaging Division is participating in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP) Fellowship Match process, sponsored by the Society of Breast Imaging.

Qualified candidates will be members of the NRMP and have completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at an ACGME-accredited institution or a diagnostic radiology residency accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).

For full consideration, applications must include a curriculum vitae, cover letter/personal statement, three current letters of recommendation, USMLE Transcript which includes Step I, II, and III scores (or equivalent), and ECFMG (if applicable).
