Job Overview

The Landscape Enhancement Technicians will take charge of executing enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Execute landscape enhancement duties, which may include but are not limited to: sod, plant, boulder, stump, soil, and bark installation, replacement, and/or removal; debris clearance; drainage setup; trench excavation. Safely operate landscaping machinery, including but not limited to: ditch witch, wheelbarrows, power tools, backpack blowers, chippers, stump grinders, riding lawn mowers, bobcats, tractors, and bulldozers. Support initial and ongoing training for crew members. Foster and maintain a constructive working relationship with supervisors and colleagues. Advocate for and uphold safe working practices. Arrive at work punctually each day; complete all assigned tasks within expected timeframes; adhere to the company dress code; maintain cleanliness in work attire; comply with inclement weather policies and sick leave reporting procedures.

Required Qualifications

Experience in commercial landscape construction is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. A strong dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Capability to operate commercial landscaping equipment and tools. Ability to accomplish assigned tasks promptly. Regularly required to communicate, listen, see, sit, stand, and walk. Must possess the ability to see at close range, at a distance, peripherally, have depth perception, and adjust focus. Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Regularly required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb, and maintain balance on potentially narrow and/or slippery surfaces. Frequently required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Often works with mechanical objects and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and hazardous or caustic chemicals. Frequently exposed to elevated noise levels.

Please note that the salary information provided below complies with state-specific laws. Salaries are determined based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations, and may differ in other locations or divisions.

Pay range: $22.00
