We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Centralized Sterile Technician to join our team at MultiCare Health System.

Job Summary:

The Centralized Sterile Technician will be responsible for providing support to the total health care team by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Pack and store sterilized instruments and equipment
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Transport supplies and equipment as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the health care team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program
  • Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred
