About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. As an On-Site Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural on-site team and coordinating with design team members, owners, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site construction administration services for a high-profile project in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • Coordinate with design team members, owners, and contractors to resolve construction-related issues and clarify project requirements.
  • Review and respond to submittals, create design clarifications, and perform on-site observations to ensure aesthetic value and construction quality.
  • Conduct quality control checks, produce punch lists, and lead on-site project closeout procedures.
  • Lead weekly internal project coordination meetings, RFI, submittal, and notice of variance review meetings, and change order management meetings.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop modification sketches into Revit-based documents and produce a complete set of construction documents in BIM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice and coordination of consultants.
  • Expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Candidate must have completed or be in process of completing the Architect Registration Exam (ARE).
