Overview:
This position is a temporary assignment through corporate payroll. Please note that this is not an agency contract, and travel stipends or reimbursements are not provided. Compensation is set at $55 PER HOUR.

There is an opportunity to engage in a 13-week contract with the potential for conversion to full-time employment based on performance.

Benefits and health insurance are not included during the initial 13 weeks but will be available upon conversion to full-time status.

We are currently welcoming applications for our temp-to-hire program for both day and night shifts.


The schedule is strictly full-time, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including an every-other-weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that no changes to the schedule will be accommodated.

Applicants should be prepared to start within 2-3 weeks and must attend an orientation session during weekdays. Adjustments to the orientation schedule cannot be made.

Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse operates under the general supervision and guidance of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:


Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all facets of patient care in accordance with regulatory standards, established policies, and the hospital's values and philosophy.

Assess patient needs and initiate, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans.

Ensure effective communication with other shifts to maintain continuity of care. Foster positive relationships with other departments and nursing units.

Engage in all aspects of education, record maintenance, and skill development for personnel.

Qualifications:

Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Certification:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Indiana.

Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Experience in med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC is also valuable.
