Are you passionate about ensuring the functionality and aesthetics of facilities? We are seeking a dedicated Buildings and Grounds Technician to manage and enhance our property maintenance efforts. This role is vital in supporting our mission of providing exceptional recreational opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and strives to create a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on facility structures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Oversee landscaping and snow removal to ensure safe access for staff and visitors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support the team in maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist in custodial tasks and promote a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or grounds keeping.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs safely.
  • Valid Driver's License and personal auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for maintenance tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in various maintenance disciplines, including plumbing and electrical work.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
