Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of cost recording protocols
  • Compile financial data for projects and proposals
  • Oversee modifications in project scope
  • Generate quantity takeoffs and apply unit pricing
  • Draft budgets and financial reports
  • Gather and evaluate cost engineering information
  • Conduct data analysis and propose solutions to financial challenges
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of pertinent experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Certification in cost engineering or project management is advantageous

Physical Demands:

  • Work in a standard office setting
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Potential for walking and climbing at construction sites
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
