As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assess and document patient condition, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a cardiology or cardiovascular setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
