About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all phases of radiologic procedures, including emergency room trauma, fluoroscopy, portable, and surgical applications of ionizing radiation.
  • Work under the direction of the Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of the radiologists.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of radiologic procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic training program or equivalent education/experience.
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • 6 months - X-ray tech experience or completion of PSMMC Imaging Clinical Rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree - Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science.
