Job Title: Automotive Guest Care Sales Specialist

Join Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, one of the leading automotive service and tire dealers in the United States, as a Guest Care Sales Specialist. As a key holder and manager on duty, you will provide exceptional guest service, drive sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a superior guest experience, answering phone calls, inviting guests into the store, and making them feel welcome during their visit.
  • Successfully complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
  • Engage guests, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
  • Work with the management team to react to guest service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
  • Understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.
  • Partner with Management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and neat guest waiting area.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • One (1) year of sales experience needed.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, able to accurately write sales work orders and effectively explain services to guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work, Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays.
