This role is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for Shamrock Foods Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and foodservice industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
- Maintain current customer relationships and increase share of business
- Support customer menu engineering and food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve profitability
- Conduct product demonstrations and share market intelligence to drive sales growth
- Facilitate customer success through Shamrock resources and capabilities
- Build multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Manage accounts and collect past-due balances
- Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive sales growth
- HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
- 2+ years' experience in sales, customer service, or foodservice industry
- Previous successful sales experience a plus
- Current driver's license
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology
- Knowledgeable on industry trends and Microsoft Office
