About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Pocatello, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding community revenue and occupancy goals.


You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.


Brookdale supports our Sales associates through a comprehensive on-boarding program, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools to help you succeed in your role.


We are seeking a strong sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to our company's values of passion, courage, partnership, and trust.


Responsibilities
  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey
  • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
