- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into system design and development
- Conduct risk assessments and mishap investigations to identify and address safety concerns
- BS in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree with 5 years of relevant experience or MS in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with electrical circuit design and application of MIL-STD-882E
- Experience with system safety analysis, hazard tracking, and risk assessment
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with missile systems design and development
- Familiarity with military system safety standards and processes
- Knowledge of system safety incident investigation processes
