  • Accurately process payments for services rendered and parts purchased.
  • Verify the correctness of invoices and receipts.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow within the Service and Parts Departments.
  • Calculate and present total charges for retail parts, fluids, and labor.
  • Collect payments and provide change and receipts to customers.
  • Document warranty charges as applicable.
  • Maintain customer service history in accordance with established procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and address inquiries with transparency.
  • Handle customer complaints with promptness and genuine concern.
  • Assist customers over the phone and in-person.
  • Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • File Repair Orders as instructed by the Service Department.
  • Report any safety or integrity concerns to management.
  • Deliver high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations through proactive service.
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating commitment to the dealership and its values.
  • Participate in training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of cashier experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management is preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including two Saturdays a month.
