Job Description

Ponce-Fuess Engineering, a certified minority-owned structural engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and analysis of commercial building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Emphasis and be licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas. They should possess at least 4 years of experience in commercial building design, with a preference for experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design and analysis of commercial building projects
  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to ensure accurate incorporation of designed portions into construction drawings
  • Manage technical staff, including Structural designers/EITs and BIM production staff
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis)
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial building design
  • Experience with BIM is preferred
