Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer to lead and manage complex building projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the structural integrity of our designs and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee structural design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management strategies to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to structural systems, roofing, and waterproofing.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Represent Amtech Solutions, Inc at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or similar designation required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
