Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Greet patients, escort them to examination rooms, and assist with completing forms as needed.
- Administrative Support: Become familiar with clinic computer hardware and software, answer multiple line and multiple language telephone lines, and schedule appointments.
- Clinical Support: Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures, prepare patients before procedures, and clean up after.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Language: Fluent in Spanish required.
