**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to repair and troubleshoot plant electrical control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with variable frequency drives, proximity/photoelectric controllers, and electrical drawings.

**Responsibilities:**
* Repair and troubleshoot plant electrical control systems
* Read and interpret electrical drawings
* Replace drive components
* Provide constructive feedback and apply critical thinking skills
* Demonstrate proficiency in using personal safety equipment

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in electrical systems repair and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of electrical control systems and variable frequency drives
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
