Job Summary:

The Electrical Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading PLC control systems across the facility. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve equipment functionality and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Upgrade and design new PLC control systems to meet facility needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Develop and maintain electrical and mechanical documentation.

Requirements:
  • 2-year Tech degree or 5 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PLC control systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and OSHA regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electrical documentation software.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Automation Direct, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and Visi Logic PLCs.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and work independently.
