  • Provide assessment and counseling services to patients and their families

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs

  • Document patient interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • State of Maryland LSWA, LGSW, LCSW or LCSW-C licensure (or license eligible)
  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • One year of social work experience in an acute-care setting preferred
