Program Specialist-SCC Case Management Coordinator

Job Summary

CSET's Sequoia Community Corps is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide clerical support for the Case Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all worksites
  • Verify sign-in sheet counts and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare and distribute monthly safety calendars to team members
  • Compile and prepare program paperwork packets for distribution
  • Update the job board with new leads on a weekly basis
  • Maintain safety gear and uniform inventory counts
  • Perform weekly sanitation of commonly used work areas
  • Provide clerical support to program staff, including making copies, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Distribute uniforms and other program materials as needed
  • Support staff during marketing, presentations, enrollments, and other events
  • Act as a liaison between participants and staff, ensuring effective communication
  • Organize and maintain commonly used work areas to ensure efficiency
  • Responsible for the safe use and maintenance of all tools and equipment assigned to this position
  • Adhere to SCC discipline procedures and program goals and mission
  • Contribute to positive crew morale and teamwork by working collaboratively with the leadership team
  • Develop skills to complete accurate documentation of work performed
  • May include community service, outreach, and education regarding environmental issues
Requirements
  • Ability to uphold company principles and practices to the highest degree
  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate policy information clearly
  • Knowledge of the local labor market and employer expectations
Work Environment

The work environment is typically situated in a standard office setting, with minimal exposure to the weather and requiring no unusual physical abilities.

  • Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods
  • Must have visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens)
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
  • Must be able to exert physical effort in light to moderate work involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to read, understand, and explain various forms and written material
